They’re going to get burned this time.  I’m not so sure. It’s not like they stole data from cia.gov. A DDoS attack isn’t against the law, is it? Honestly it’s just nice to see anonymous doing anything besides trying to get rape survivors to kill themselves.  Well, Anonymous and LulzSec are two different groups. LulzSec seems a bit more organized and intentional, planning attacks for publicity’s sake. Actually it is illegal to attack a site with DDoS. It’s ballsy but foolhardy to anger the men with spy sattelites, guns and all the secrecy they want without shutting them down for good  Like it was put before in another post, DDoS’ing a site like this is like having a sit-in at a physical location. It’s illegal like trespassing, but there’s no actual damage to anything, unless you count pride. I’m sure there are those that would love to treat a DDoS like this as a major crime, but before that happens, they’re going to have to catch these kids first.
